Blooming Bellies Prenatal
Blooming Bellies is a prenatal yoga class that focuses on poses and breathwork to prepare your body for healthy pregnancy and childbirth.
Bloomie Babies Mommy + Me
Bloomie Babies is a gentle yoga class that allows new moms the space to connect, move and bond with baby. Perfect for pre-crawling babies.
Bloomie Buds Mommy + Me
Bloomie Buds is a fun and lively yoga class where caregivers and tots can bend, stretch and laugh together. Best for crawlers to toddlers.
Kiddos in Bloom
Kiddos in Bloom teaches the fundamentals of yoga and breathwork to kids in a fun and engaging way. For kids 5 and up.
All Ages Bring your Babe Flow
Caregivers and babies of all ages are invited to this engaging connection time, with many opportunities and variations offered to keep your baby engaged - regardless of age!
Happy Pelvis
Happy Pelvis is a weekly mat pilates class that focuses on pelvic floor health. For pregnant and postpartum moms, pre-crawling babies welcome.
Gentle/Restorative Yoga
Relax and restore with a gentle mix of stretching and breathwork.
All Levels Yoga
All levels classes are for practitioners of all experience levels. Ages 13+ welcome, minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Beginners Yoga
Just starting out? This class is for you! Beginners yoga will teach you the foundational poses and teachings of yoga. Offered bi-weekly. Ages 13+ welcome, minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Education Classes
Postpartum Prep
Postpartum prep is a weekly chance to drop in and learn tips and strategies to help with your postpartum journey. Pregnant and postpartum parents and babies welcome. Led by a rotating team of certified postpartum doulas.
Childbirth Prep - Hospital
Childbirth prep - hospital is drop in class to learn about labor and prepare for childbirth in a hospital setting. Hosted bi-weekly by a certified birth doula who specializes in supporting hospital births.
Childbirth Prep - Home/Birth Cetner
Childbirth prep - home/birth center is drop in class to learn about labor and prepare for unmedicated childbirth at home or in a birth center. Hosted bi-weekly by a certified birth doula who specializes in supporting unmedicated births.
Integrative Health
Integrative health classes are led by functional health practitioners and allow students the chance to drop in and learn from their wisdom.
Hungry Hippos Feeding Group
Hungry hippos feeding group is a space for new parents to come together and receive feeding support from certified lactation consultants. Donations appreciated.
Babywearing Group
Babywearing group offers new parents time to practice babywearing and share parenting tips. Donations appreciated.
Super Sleepers
Super Sleepers is a bi-weekly class discussing the basics of sleep hygiene, and teaching ways to help your baby be a super sleeper. Led by a certified sleep consultant.
Somatic Breath + Meditation
Experience the grounding and enlivening effects of mindful movement, breathwork, and
meditation to deepen your connection to yourself and spirit. We'll explore various breathing and meditation techniques to bring conscious awareness of our current state and connect deeper with our bodies and spirit.
Tummy Time
Tummy time is an educational opportunity to learn about the benefits of starting proper core strengthening straight from birth! Tummy time group meets bi-weekly and is led by a pediatric orthopedic therapist.
